Chiara Fontò is a biologist and expert in anti-aging and anti-stress methodologies (trained at the University of Pavia and Sapienza University of Rome).
She is the creator of Creativa, an integrated, dynamic, and multidimensional approach to well-being. Through this method, she guides individuals seeking body-mind balance, creative liberation, and self-discovery by combining meditative and breathing practices, body movement, and voice work (Psicobiorisonanza by Francesca Romano), both in one-on-one and group sessions.
She is a practitioner of the Unifying Integrative Medicine method (Dr. Nader Butto), Reiki, and Metamorphic Massage (focusing on perinatal memories).
With Cecyntè, the association she founded in 2017, she nurtures the dimension of "taking care" as a balm for the soul.
Inspired by her travels in India, her partnership with Tribalosophy, and numerous transformative encounters, she shares her "immense not-knowing" to guide each person toward self-exploration and the creation of their own daily care and life rituals. She has always explored how the invisible expresses itself in the body and embodies itself with transparency in the relationship with oneself and the world.
