After studying cultural management at the University of Salento with theses on networks (2008) and museum systems (2010), she collaborated with the university on research projects on cultural sustainability. In 2014, after specializing at the Luiss Creative Business Center in urban creativity and contemporary languages, she worked for CoopCulture in Rome, consolidating her skills in cultural project design. Since 2013, she has been involved in audience engagement and social innovation projects for the APS 34° Fuso and the Ecomuseum of Lecce Stone. Since 2018, she has been a consultant for public and private entities for participatory processes aimed at strategic planning. Since 2019, for Mecenate 90, she has been part of the Technical Assistance that accompanies the Puglia Region in building territorial Museum Networks.
