Marco Renzo Dell'Omodarme Invernizzi is a university lecturer at the École des Arts de la Sorbonne, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, in philosophy of culture, cultural mediation, and cultural studies. He is a member of the Institut ACTE (UR 7539).
His research focuses on understanding the processes of subjectivity construction in light of contemporary neo-materialist and vitalist feminist theories. Central to his work is the analysis of the role of culture and media in the production of contemporary subjects, within a context of the redefinition of humans' relationship with the world and of competing regimes of veridiction.
He also explores the capacity of various forms of creation to contribute to the production of new knowledge and new epistemic subjects: complex subjects, connected to environment and technology, bearers of an affirmative politics and of emancipatory forms of knowledge.
