Rac Montoro (he/him) is an artist and researcher at the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts, working between Turin and Naples. His practice weaves together performance, visual arts, and critical writing. His research focuses on the aesthetics of monstrosity in the digital imaginary, exploring how desire, identity, and technology intersect through esoteric and symbolic systems. His work stems from a fascination with intrasubjective thought, trans embodiment, and the political use of astrology, seen as tools to rewrite dominant narratives and imagine collective futures. His works have been exhibited at: Peggy Guggenheim Collection (Venice), Kühlhaus (Berlin), Cripta 747 (Turin), Gallleriapiu (Bologna), Fondazione Merz (Turin), Latte Project Space (Ravenna).
