Roberta is a lawyer by training, a manager by passion, and a CEO by vocation. After graduating with honors in Law and earning a PhD in Comparative Public Law, she chose to leave university halls to face the challenges of the real world, where solutions must be concrete and immediate. Her academic background provided her with a solid theoretical and analytical foundation, which allowed her to explore the complex dynamics of public law at an international level.

She began her career at the Administrative Law Firm of Giovanni Pellegrino, a true school of practical training. Subsequently, she joined the CMCC Foundation, where she addressed legal issues in environmental and scientific contexts.

Later, she held the position of Administrative Manager at Perrottagroup, an experience that taught her how business management requires vision, rhythm, and the ability to harmonize every component, just like conducting an orchestra.

Since July 2020, she has been CEO of PERCON Srl, a position that allows her to put to use all the skills developed throughout her career. In this role, she handles the strategic management of the company, guiding it toward new goals and developing innovative solutions to face market challenges. Passionate about law, innovation, and management, she has developed a strategic vision and a results-oriented approach, which she applies daily in managing company resources and planning activities.
