Simone Dimitri (1985) is a holistic therapist and independent researcher specializing in the relationships between humans and the plant world. Through the study of ethnobotany, traditional herbal practices, and Afro-Brazilian Umbanda, he explores the role of plants as tools for healing, connection, and transformation.
For over twenty years, he has deepened the dialogue between humans and the plant world, weaving together traditional knowledge, ritual practices, and personal research journeys. In 2012, he founded an artisanal laboratory dedicated to producing natural cosmetics using herbs from the Salento region. In subsequent years, he encountered and studied various healing traditions of Latin America, connecting with practitioners and keepers of knowledge from Brazil, Ecuador, and Guatemala.
His work focuses on exploring plant wisdom as a way to rebuild a deeper connection between body, community, and nature. Today, he offers holistic treatments, experiential workshops, and sessions dedicated to herbal traditions, listening to the plant world, and the study of Umbanda.
