We meet again this summer for the annual July festival curated by Domus Artist Residency! This year titled: WONDER WOMEN

The festival interrogates contemporary power structures through the prism of eco-feminism, proposing a critical reflection on political and social power.

WONDER WOMEN brings together researchers, artists, philosophers and cultural practitioners around a common question: how to rethink the forms of politics starting from feminist experiences of resistance and creation?

We want to investigate particularly the notion of POTENCY as an embodied transformative force, which resides in bodies, affects and daily practices, while valorizing Southern epistemologies and peripheral feminist knowledge.

The eco-feminist approach developed questions alternative governance models coming from the Global South, recognizing in the experiences of Southern women a laboratory of radical transformation where care, land and bonds become the new forms of politics.

WONDER WOMEN is a contemporary art festival conceived by the Domus Artist Residency association, under the patronage of the Municipality of Galatina, with the support of FRAC Corsica, Kora - Contemporary Arts Center and the French association Atelier Essenza.
