Workshop on Gestures and Emotions of Care : The workshop proposed by Cecyntè will take place in a circle, within a space dedicated to practices of exploration, release, and harmonization that embrace and support our human and divine nature. Through breath, bodies, chakras, sounds, and colors, participants will be guided in a vocal meditation, opening a space for both individual and collective exploration and care. The experience will conclude with a shared reflection, creating a tangible space for exchange and for sharing what has been experienced together. The workshop will be led by Chiara Fontò, Renata Querinuzzi, and other members and friends of Cecyntè.
